About this event
Join the RAFT program for an interactive workshop on caregiver self-care and resilience. We know that family caregivers often experience high rates of stress, which can take a toll on both their physical and mental health. This workshop will be a time for caregivers and the professionals who support them to discuss ways to integrate self-care techniques into everyday life.
